CNAs: What's It Pay?

Help crowdsource pay data for CNAs across WA!

CNAs in Washington state are fighting for BIG changes. We need better staffing, better scheduling, and most of all — better pay.

If we want to fight for better pay, the first part is to be TRANSPARENT about what we're earning at different facilities.

Share your data below. Your name and other info will not be shared with ANYONE. We'll use the data you share here to build a database showing what each facility pays, to help CNAs decide where to look for work & call out facilities that are paying too low!

NOTE: If you work multiple jobs, fill out the form using your pay info for only one facility! Then you can re-open the page & share info on other facilities.

This survey was created by CNA Voices, a group of nursing home workers fighting for better working conditions.

If you receive shift differentials or other bonuses, don't include those in your hourly pay — just your base hourly rate.
